Volvo Penta Marine Bell Housing. Condition is "Remanufactured". This bellhousing is rebuilt using high quality Timken bearings, both double sealed. The grease shaft seals are Timken and SKF. This is not rebuilt with cheap crap bearings and seals. I have been in machine repair and rebuilding for over 25 years, I professionally rebuild heavy machinery, when doing a job like this some people will save and use garbage bearings to make a few more dollars. To me using high quality materials makes me feel more confident and makes your rebuild last longer, unless you like taking out you engine to redo their crappy job. The housing will come without grease in it, typically uneeded for sealed bearings but if it makes you feel better you can add grease to it, just dont over fill and push out the grease seals at the end of shafts. Feel on the shaft is smooth, not tight and binding and no side to side slop or end slop.
